Compact,easily cleaned and with a timer you can walk away with confidence. I cook chicken(which it cooks best), beef(cooks worst), pork chops and lamb with this cooker.

I choose not to cook anything from frozen because I have set ways I want my foods seasoned, so I cannot comment on it’s performance cooking from frozen.

Negatives is the item is not the best for beef unless you like your beef medium rare and the shipping can be tricky if not packaged well due to the glass.

I have had 3 of these cookers since 2003. Two are still working fine and one was broken during shipping. I recommend this item to anyone who works over 60 hours a week at various hours.
