A BLACK AND DECKER PRODUCT WAS CHOSEN BECAUSE B&D STILL MANUFACTURES SOME PRODUCTS IN THE USA. IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO FIND THIS OVEN WAS MADE IN CHINA.
HOWEVER, IT IS WELL DESIGNED AND USER-FRIENDLY AND FITS THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL COOKING CAPABILITY IN EVERY KITCHEN. THE KEYPAD PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL KEYS FOR BAKING (USING CONVECTION FAN), BROILING, TOASTING BREAD AND BAGELS AND 12 INCH PIZZA COOKING, WITH PRE-SET TIME AND TEMPERATURE SETTINGS WHICH CAN ALSO BE ADJUSTED UP OR DOWN IF DESIRED. PRE-HEATING MODE AND TEMPERATURE ARE DISPLAYED ON A SCREEN, IN ADDITION TO COOKING TEMPERATURE AND A COUNT-DOWN TIMER DURING COOKING. COMPLETION OF COOKING IS ANOUNCED BY AN AUDIBLE SIGNAL.
